Maksab terms of service
These terms govern Maksab, also known as Yoota X, for sharing videos, posts, audio, and participating in communities.
Introduction and account
Maksab (Yoota X) is a social app for short videos, posts, voice notes, groups, and creator tools. By using the app or creating an account, you agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information when requested.
Content you publish
You retain your rights to the content you create. When you publish it, you grant Maksab a non-exclusive permission limited to operating the service to store, process, display, and share it according to the visibility settings and features you choose. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights needed to publish it.
Conduct and prohibited content
Do not publish unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, threaten or harass others, impersonate another person, or put users at risk. Do not misuse accounts or community tools or evade service restrictions.
We may restrict content, features, or accounts when these terms are violated, to protect users, or to comply with law, subject to rights provided by law.
Gifts and external services
Gift, store, or external-service features may be available depending on the release and region. Any purchase or balance is subject to the terms and prices shown in the app and the policies of the relevant payment provider or store. Do not share passwords or access keys with other users.
Updates and liability
We may update or discontinue features and update these terms. The app is provided according to the capabilities available in the current release; we do not guarantee that user-published content is error-free or that every feature will remain available. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy and contact
The Maksab privacy policy explains how account data, content, and connected services are handled. For questions or support, contact us at yootastudio@gmail.com.
